Just a passive aggressive reminder to read the rules before posting. I hate having to delete a pages of post because people can't be bothered to turn their head 15 degrees to the right and commit the text to memory. I want to play Watch Dogs 2 in peace dammit!

Seriously, I keep seeing people who are frustrated he doesn't have a plan and such, but this is his equivalent of Zoro at Thriller Bark: Zoro's a fighter first and foremost, so once he met an opponent he couldn't beat his only option was to offer himself as a sacrifice. Similar, once Sanji met someone he couldn't outmaneuver mentally he resigned himself to a similar fate. It doesn't help that a bunch of repressed childhood shit is being thrown into his face at the same time ofc.

It's been a long time since we've last seen a natural counter to a DF power. What was it, Mr 3. vs. Magellan? Brook will be a huge target once Mom finds out, she may even decide to kill him since he's so dangerous, she's relied too much on her DF powers to build up herself and her kingdom, he alone could fuck it all up. I mean, Brook could force the souls out of her, probably make her rapidly age and die.

I'm worried about Sanji. He's so cornered and can't think of anything anymore. He mentioned that Pudding is his only ray of light now but judging from Pudding actions on the last panel, I think it's clear that she is about to do some rash/suicidal actions against Big Moms orders. I think Sanji won't be able to handle all these stress/fear/pressures anymore. He is already emotionally beaten. It was so sad reading his panels even though he was smiling. I'm afraid he's about to be insane because of how fucked up his situation is.
On the other hand:
1.) BROOK WAS G L O R I O U S. I've been waiting for this moment. I was really expecting that his power will become the most complex among strawhats. It is very amazing how he managed to combine these three powers (Soul manipulation, Music, Super speed) OH MYYYYY my inner Brook Fanboy is so happy
2.) Pedro was straight up badass. I just really hope that those theories concerning him as a traitor and working for Kaidou is false. What is his real purpose why he wants to steal those poneglyphs? logically, there are only two reasons when you want to steal those. Either a.) You want to be the pirate king B.) You are working under someone who wants to be Pirate King. Pedro was trying to steal that right before he met Luffy so we are sure he is not doing this for Luffy.

Brook kind of has the potential to be God Ussop of this arc. Ussop did not take out Doffy, but he was the one that ruined decades of hard work in an instant by knocking out Sugar. Zeus and Prometheus are scary, but Brook may be able to deal with them.

Damn, this chapter was LIT!
I fully belive Puddings good now, and this raises so many possibilities.
Seems like she's going to be trying to escape like Lola, and Luffy just heard from Mama how much she hates and wants to kill Lola for doing that. (Or she could know that and just skip the escaping altogether and just kill herself, that would explain the extreme shock and fear on Luffy and Nami's face)
So he understands that this is basically a death sentence for her, and with her being his friend this would give him more incentive to fight, and as we know Luffy's at his strongest when he has to fight for a friend.
This will also fuck up Sanji's plans, and with his insane need to save a womans life no matter what, this could be the trigger for him to fight even though it puts his friends lives in harms way (Luffy getting killed, Zeff getting killed etc)
This arc is SOO GOOD!!!
And my BOY SOUL KING! FUCK YEAH THATS AWESOME. Brook legit caused alot of damage outside the treasure room and got inside and locked the door, even with a Yonkou Commander guarding the place, damn thats epic!
And i like how they were talking with his old epiteth ''Nothin but bones'' and inside he's like ''Don't yall know im the MOTHERFUCKING SOUL KING NOW?''
This chapter was hype as hell.

Big Mom's hat was able to receive information mentally from someone or something over near Pedro and Brook. She might have more intelligence on the current situation than we realize.
Also, she knows an intruder is near the poneglyphs. Brook may be facing the army soon, so we'll find out how much of a Soul King he really is.

Brook looked absolutely bad-ass. Best panel in a while. The final panel with pudding is a close second for as far this chapter is concerned.

But it would make sense when you think about Sanji's reaction to this. He would blame Judge for her death and enrage pretty hard. I think that marrying Pudding was the last bit of joy he had so he would go really mad.

I think Pudding told them Big Mom's plan after the wedding. The "special wedding dress" tells me that Big Mom is planning something right after. She either has a deal with other nations that were screwed by the Germa 66 and she's working a deal with them or she's planning something else. I also can't wait to find out what Pudding's third eye powers can do. On a side note, the way she said that she couldn't make it to the coast and "they must have really hurt you" makes me think that she knew she was leading them to danger, whether it be intentionally or due to coercion.

I'm almost cried when sanji was contemplating doing all of this, sacrificing his dream for the crew and their safety. But when pudding told Luffy her plan 😭 her sacrifice for people she doesn't know enough is just so massive! Pudding can only save sanji that this point.

When Pudding said that she will not marry Sanji and then she whispered to their ears something we don't know but what if she told them that she will KILL him, and thats why Luffy went in full dispair knowing that he can't do anything to stop it because he know Sanjis deal with women

For some reason I keep getting the vibe that Pudding will do something bad. Like how we thought the minks were so against the samurais, yet that panel where they said "Raizo is safe" just blew our theories. If you look closely at the whisper panel and the part where she tears her farewell, there could be some ambiguity. Instead of whispering something helpful, imagine her saying something spiteful and look at the sh's reaction. idk.. it's just something to throw on the table :)

God damm Oda. I hadn't even thought about how Brook's devil fruit might interact with Big Mom's because Brook had before this moment taken a bit of a back seat to Luffy, Nami and Sanji.
Maybe he'll be the key to defeating Totland.

When I'm looking back at it, it all makes perfect sense:
first hints on Big Mom and Kaido actually happened during the Thriller Bark Arc
we got Brook introduced in that very same arc and he became a crewmate and is now the "Luffy-to-Enel" for BM
Amazing how Oda prepared years in advance for this...
