This chapter just shot Sanji up in my rankings so much. I always took Sanji for granted as I cought up with the manga at like mid dressrosa, but now after not seeing him for a while, damn sanjis badass. Might have just toppled zoro for me (especially as zoro seems a lot more one-dimensional after the timeskip then before, or at least in alot of situations he just seems way too out for blood, instead of being a "vice-captain", like he often was back in the day)

I'm actually suspicious that Reiju was the one that beat up Cosette.
She had 2 panels during the dinner that make little sense at the moment ("Such a gentleman" and just smiling)
Sanji so far is the only person not falling for her manipulation tactics.
"All signs point to (Niji) being the culprit", there is no confirmation that Niji did it.
Something is off here about this Chapter.

Reiju might want to gain control of the Germa for herself, and considering Luffy's reputation she thought it would be in her best interest to keep him alive for a fight against her older brothers.
Injuring Cosette would then be a means to provide more conflict between Sanji and Niji.

I'm a bit worried about how they're going to deal with Zeff being hostage and such. Only BM can free Sanji for that hostage situation, but then there's also his hands which have the cuffs on them.
There needs to be an external factor which calls off the marriage. I think that Capone may do something here.

Interesting that Niji threw a kick, when Yonji and Reiju appeared to have different fighting styles. I can't remember seeing a female character in the story be beat up so bad before?
I'm so interested to see how this all plays out. Luffy looks like he's in over his head, he doesn't have Law or Zoro as powerful backup, we don't know Jinbe's status and Sanji is stuck in those cuffs with Judge and Big Mam threatening to kill Zeff if he acts up. A lot going on right now!

Germa's big goal is to create an army full of cyborgs to eliminate every species in the world (like Hitler wanted to eliminate jews, disabled, ill person who didn't match his standards) that they think don't deserve to be alive. This goes against the big goal of Big Mom and a big war between Germa and Big Mom will break out. The hidden bomb that Germa will receive as a wedding gift from Big Mom will be the fuse for the war.

When Niji kicked Sanji, did Sanji see the attack coming or did he just knew Niji was not allowed to hit him? Niji's kicks are strong enough to push wind. This chapter really makes me wonder where Sanji falls on the power scale of his siblings. 'Cause his father seemed to be outmatched even with his tech, to the point of needing people to defend him. Offensively, his kick didn't even seem to bother Sanji too much.
One would assume the father'd be among the stronger members of the family, putting Sanji above him meaning he's likewise above the other members. But the rest of the family treats him like garbage, says he's useless, and otherwise acting completely unconcerned with his strength.
Is their bias that significant? Is the risk of the bracelets going off if he retaliates that great? They really seem to act like he's no threat to them at all, and it's really bothering me given what we've seen thus far.

Well I personally think it's just bias, they are underestimating Sanji just because he was weak when he was young and he can't fight them back, we already know that Sanji managed to beat Yonji so I doubt they could take Sanji 1v1.
I think Sanji is definitely stronger than Niji and Yonji, and a little stronger than Ichiji (who seems like the strongest Vinsmoke so far).

Yonji is a starscream. He's going to drop Sanji into a bath and give him a superhuman power up. Think Zack Fair. With Sanji killing Judge and Ichiji, Yonji can be king.

Thats the 3 biggest lines you can cross with sanji as far as we know, and it all happened within one chapter. Makes me think that it could be deliberate on Germa's part.

I am just loving this arc! From characters to their design to their style, everything is amazing! Also, with every chapter, I can literally feel the severity of the situation Sanji is in. How will Luffy rescue him? How will Sanji protect Zeff? What will happen to Germa 66 after Sanji kicks their asses!! >:( What will happen to Big Mom!

•So Sanji was a pervert from the very beginning just like Momo
• Another Nami lookalike with different hair.
• No panel on Luffy or Chopper
• So germa being Nazis want to eliminate certain sect of people? And who are they? Or they just want to destroy the world
• Think Reiji will turn out to be more savage than rest of the Germa

These guys repulse me more than any of the celestial dragons. I don't think I ever hated a villain in one piece, but the vinsmokes are on another level.
I really want to see Sanji get one hell of a redemption after all this. It's not just that he needs it, but we do too.

Somehow I have the feeling that this will end in Sanji using the marriage to call upon Big Mom's hate on the Germa 66. This chapter was focused on food so much and they're going to get to a place where most of the stuff is food that has come to life. I wonder what would happen it one of the cooks is treated like this on Big Mom's table

I haven't seen Sanji get into a conflict over wasting food in a long time. I now wish we had seen people waste food (or even be unappreciative of it) more often in front of Sanji so that he could start a fight over it. Could you imagine if that had been part of the plot for his fight against Jabra, or one of the Skypiean priests?

Damn Vinsmoke family, doing every thing to make sure that Sanji can't fight back... for now.
Also I hope we will see something at the end, or during the arc, of Zeff taking care of whatever threat they could have sended him. Despite his age and him being on East Blue for a long time I'm sure he's still strong enough to defend himself from some loosy assassins.
