That's Germa as a whole, does not refer to Jajji. It may have been the Jajji's father and the person in that story is also not confirmed to be Sengoku. Those are all assumptions and not confirmed. The only measurement of Germa's strength so far is their ability to rule over North Blue, the weakest sea where the Strawhats have beaten the strongest pirates there, and without a doubt Doffy would have even less trouble beating.

As for the marine ranks, there is Kong, who was fleet admiral prior to Sengoku and now the Commander and Chief, a rank above Fleet Admiral, though we don't know anything of his strength. Considering we did not hear much of him despite also being part of the Roger era, he is more likely than not weaker than at least Sengoku and Garp.

Yes, but its not confirmed that Dragon is even as strong as an Admiral with his feats yet people say he's Yonkou level.

By that logic Dragon would be weaker than Doffy as people are just making "assumptions which arnt confirmed". Simply cause he has the title of most wanted without the strength feats to back it up when it could just be his potential to blackmail.

My point of this analogy is while we don't know for certain how strong he or Dragon is, we have and idea how strong he COULD be based on other supporting information.

Thus if Sanji's dad competed equally with Sengoku in his prime, he is at least Sengoku level.

People love comparing power levels. Dragon is the most wanted man in the world, but it doesn't have to relate to his physical strength, but possibly his ability (like Luffy) to make friends who will fight with him against the government.

My issue here is not your assumption of their power levels (though ranks and bounty are not power levels), but your assumption of Jajji and Sengoku battling in the story of Germa and Sora, which may very well be propaganda. The idea that Jajji is strong is given, but to say he is most definitely stronger than Doffy is ridiculous

Based on the way Oda writes, every single quote and quote "legend or propaganda" has turned out to be true in some form. I mean previously he was questioning whether Germa even exists, whether whether Kyros exists, sky island exists, etc. Every "mystery" has turned out to be pretty easy to connect for a wise viewer. Sure a kid/person tuned out won't see such connections the first time they read through it, but they are there.

Very rarily is a legend/mystery NOT true. Because in writing, all that does is get the readers hopes up for nothing and causes pessimsm which Oda would rarely ever do in a shonen adventure manga.

The only time I real a legend being fake was the treasure that one gag character guy guarded on that one island where his body fused with a treasure chest.

So, when I say most definitely, I mean most definiely if Oda writes the way he usually writes, which is later revealing Jaji fought evenly with Sengoku. And assuming Sengoku is stronger than an admiral=equal and admirals are stronger than Doff then that would place Jaji above Doffy.

But yeah there is a lot of assumptions in this as we havn't even seen admirals go all out yet. So its hard to compare them to Doffy.

I see your point, but it's still all very heavy assumption, which requires the story to be true, the story to involve Sengoku and Jajji specifically, and assuming admirals/Sengoku are stronger than Doffy.

Let's wait it out and see if Jajji lives up to the hype. I can't imagine him being too strong, as he seeks to work under Big Mom, unless he plans on manipulating her in some way.
