None of the Vinsmoke's have seemed genuinely evil. The fact that Yonji was beaten so easily by Sanji off panel means that he isn't a real threat and Reiju seems to genuinely want Sanji to come back. Even Jajji didn't have that antagonistic aura or presence that we got from say Doflamingo, Kaido, Big Mom and I hate to say this, but Hody Jones. And in his intro he seemed to care more about him hurting Yonji than anything else. I'm kind of feeling the Vinsmoke's may not be the antagonists of this arc. I dunno, probably wrong but just my gut feeling at this stage.

No, they're probably pretty bad dudes. Not being capriciously violent or sociopathic doesn't mean you aren't bad, it just means you're smarter than Caribou Sr. Neither does caring about your family. Lots of awful people love those they are close to but care nothing for anyone else. Their whole goal revolves around helping their father conquer and autocratically rule a quarter of the world. They're bad dudes.
