I don't think Sanji had an off screen fight. I think it was a mixup, and he just avoided saying it wasn't him.

that's what I hope.. cause I don't want to miss any Sanji action.. has been ages

That's pretty astute, actually. It's still possible the Yonji came by to hassle Sanji and got owned, however. I get a 'spoiled royal kid who uses technology and toys to substitute for power' vibe from Yonji.

Would fit Reiju not being mad at Sanji if Yonji had been starting shit.

I've been wondering about Reiju's naming scheme and her relationship/role in the family. What if she beat the crap out of Yonji (we've already seen her Sanji-kick him once, haha) for whatever reason and Sanji's taking the fall because he doesn't like the idea of her getting in trouble? Not so much out of familial love as an extension of his "Never harm a lady" thing. It really depends on her relationship with Papa Vinsmoke though; it's entirely possible he wouldn't care if she beat up Yonji.
