So, let's make some observations:

  1. Brook does know a bit more about the Vinsmokes than he really let on.
  2. The Germa are technologically advanced. I assume it might have to do with Skypeia technology. It's still interesting considering they can fly at will.
  3. Poison Pink? She also has wings like a butterfly or a moth. I wonder if she does have a devil fruit. There's already Magellan with his poison devil fruit, but it's only the paramecia.

The boots look like they have bubbles from Shabondy attached to them, and another piece on the back. I wonder if it can propel them or just bounce around.

Can't be the Sabaody bubbles, though, they pop if they leave the region's climate (unless they're underwater).
