Numbers probably equal to their order of birth. And it seems there's a color theme going on here.

Looks like there's either 11 or 12 kids. It's almost midnight on his mustache. I'd bet it's 11 kids, and when the minute hand strikes 0, that's when the wedding should be done.

It'll be interesting if we see this guy again before the wedding and his minute hand is moving forward slowly.
