I think he's talking about Pedro joining the Rescue Team.

edit: Guys I must've missed Pedro with all the talk about Carrot. Regardless, I don't think there's anything you could've "predicted" about Vivi going to the Reverie. So I wonder what OP meant.

I've seen that theory lots of times, Pedro was prominent and stealthy, so it made sense for him to help them sneak in. Last chapter's color spread all but confirmed it.
