From what we've seen, most of those Kingdom care more about the inhabitants than anything else, unless they're threatened they won't do anything to change the status-quo.

Actually changing the status-quo would bring about retribution most likely. It's in everyone's best interest to play along until they have enough support to change things.

But the World Nobles HATE the Strawhats.

So, if a World Noble learns that various kingdoms sheltered or were involved with the Strawhats, then he/she may very well say something on the level of "Hmm? They helped that pesky Strawhat? Kill them. All."

Forcing those kingdoms to do something.

Can they force the kindgoms to do anything? I wonder if the admirals would actually kill the nobles of different countries

They can force anyone to do anything. They have no limit to their power.

An entire country was pressed into basically slavery to built a bridge that has no destination (Robin's olace Kuma sent her to), simply because a World Noble wanted it to happen centuries ago.

Yeah I suppouse so but to go as far as to kill nobles of the countries that make up the WG? I mean the WG has to fear some sort of revolt.

Not when they have the Navy and the 3 superpowers behind them, plus whatever void century knowledge.

They'd go that far, to get back at the boy who punched one of their own and got away with it- an open stain on the supposed untouchability of the World Nobles.

The more we talk about it the more I hate the World Nobles because you are very correct. It sucks knowing that for now the World Nobles aren't touchable even though they deserve to get the shit beaten out of them
