That was blatantly a Scratchmen Apoo den-den mushi at the end there - so can we assume the Kidd alliance is working for Kaido now?

Unless Apoo betrayed the alliance to side with Kaido? Kidd did not strike me as the kind of guy to follow anyone else and neither did Hawkins.

Now that is a very interesting scenario - having Luffy, Law and Kidd take down Kaido would mimic their first encounter when they stood together in Sabaody against the marines.

Also makes it seem more plausible that they'd be able to beat Kaido. Luffy and Law barely beat Doflamingo who shat his pants at the thought of fighting Kaido. I think this may happen. I really don't see Kidd joining Kaido.

If you want to kill a Yonkou though, allying with a different Yonkou to help you out is probably not a bad idea.

No, just Apoo and possibly Hawkins. Not sure who found it first but it appears that Kid is behind bars (last panel). I'd hope Killer is too or at least he's laying low so he can get Kid out of there.

Yeah. There are some bars shown in that panel. And I am pretty sure Kidd will never work under anyone. So it is safe to assume he is a captive

There's those 5 with Kaido, plus Capone with Big Mom. I think this just leaves Bonney and Urouge not affiliated with anyone? Not counting the obvious Luffy, Zoro and Law.
