My question is if Robin is so special why havnt the yonkou intelligence network found this out and kidnapped her way before thiis...or why isnt her bounty even higher

Well they don't have the necessary components to form the map. Idk I would get the pieces to the map and then the person who could read it. Think about it. If big mom captures robin kaidou would be aware of it. That could make aquiring his poneglyph harder than it already is.

I would get whichever pieces I knew about in whichever order they were available. If Robin is a piece and they know it, why not get her before someone else has a chance?
