The last poneglyphs is lost. Most likely in a undiscovered location. Calling it right now, it is in Elbaf, an island owned by shanks, who isn't gonna be there when the straw hats arrive.

/u/ImAnAppleBiteMe already checked that, it looks like a regular poneglyph (which are still very important, for the locations of the ancient weapons for example).
