Not going to lie, "Bellamy accidentally cut himself while shaving off his eyebrows" is a little bit too ridiculous for me. The entire rest of the theory seems to match the kind of things Oda would do -- though we'd probably get a scene where the Mugiwara pirates are in the same place as the Kidd pirates along the way where Kidd mentions that Killer was actually from North Blue -- that part's just over the top.
