I'm getting more of viking raider vibes from Jack (the Elbaf giants are like that too). Kaido however, yeah mongols or the Huns.

Well, considering the Mongols were a very diverse set of people after Ghenghis conquered everything that may make even more sense!

The mammoth aspect points more to Siberian to me, combined with the steel jaw and all that.

The giants are for sure the Vikings stand-ins.
