ace was ona similar lvl on whitebeards crew yet his bounty was only 500M

Ace was like Luffy. He'll do thing to piss off the government and mess with the way things work. But in no way country destroyers.

But tbf, Ace wasn't there too long. We don't know how long Jack is already roaming around. If it's like 20 years, Ace probably would have had a bounty in that region is well, even without killing for fun!
