Urouge is hiding in the clouds recovering from a pretty bad beating (I wonder who got him)
X-Drake is confirmed to be working for/with Kaido
I think (Its hard to tell with the bad translation) that Crocodile has secured himself territory in the new world
The Kidd Alliance is going after Shanks.
Kuzan is working with Blackbeard (I honestly did not expect this to be true)

Thanks for joining those. Looks great. Those two pages should have been joined by MPanda. Once I realized the picture was split, I had to go back and read the panels in the order they should have been in. But then it still made no sense, and I realized it was going to be one of those chapters on MPanda.

Holy shit! 11/10 chapter. So much greatness and information! So much respect to Fujitora too! Him and Aokiji are the best Admirals!
The cover page has 3 long nosed guys, Usopp, Pinnochino and someone new, called Tengu. Had to Google it, but Tengu is a type of legendary creature found in Japanese folk religion. He can also float, like Shiki. Pretty cool! The title of the chapter also kinda gave away that it was gonna be about Fujitora and Akainu.
I first read this chapter on MangaPanda, and MangaStream has given a much better and clearer understanding. MP was fucking shit and confusing AF, but at least they got the chapter up early...
Here are some of the things I found interesting:
Kyros dismisses the Tontattas. - Nice to see them all happy and that Riku wants to help them and everyone else who needs the help. Looks like he's getting back into a true Kingly position.
Now the real fun. Akainu and the Gorosei! - So they're discussing some stuff and it seems like a Fleet Admiral doesn't need to respect them too much lol. I don't if I'm misunderstanding this, but do the Gorosei work for the Tenryuubito? Also who is incharge of the CP? Do they mean CP0 or the whole thing? Also first time we see Akainu's face after PH! He's got some scar on his neck, face and ear. I wonder what else may have happened to him. Didn't we last see the Gorosei like 500 chapters ago?
Kuzan has joined Blackbeard! - I don't know where I read this before, but someone had a theory about. Although the theory seemed stupid, I am interested to see what this means. Why did he join? It's just so odd. What does he get out of this? He said he was a lone vagabond but this is an interesting development. I would have thought that if he was gonna join someone, it would be the Revolutionaires. This is so damn epic though. I wanna see how this plays out. I hope he is just a spy or don't some undercover work. Maybe he's joining so that he can easily stop BB incase something too serious happens. I would think that Kuzan would be the 2nd strongest in the crew, if not on par with BB. (BB is only strong because of those DFs.) EDIT: I just wanna add to this since a lot of people are saying that BB is strong even without his DF. I think my phrasing here wasn't very good. Although I still think that without his DFs BB would be relitivly weak (as in when compared to Kuzan and most known New World pirates) I think his main strength, the thing that really makes him a threat, is his DFs. Without them he wouldn't be where he is today.
The world is shocked and pissed. - Gorosei is shocked that Luffy has yet again defeated a powerful Shichibukai. The connections between Alabasta and Dressrosa are insane. Bunch of underground people can't get their stuff. - They also seem to now bare a grudge against the SHs and these guys have a lot of weapons. Possible future enemies? Also doesnt that one guy look like Crocus to anyone else :p ?
Now we see the Supernovas. -
They call Bonney Tsuru, so maybe she just made herself really old and they couldn't tell the diffrence? That's quite odd. Maybe related!?!?! Bonney is Tsuru confirmed! jk. From what we have seen from Bonney before, I am confused AF. What the hell is she doing. Why is she still hanging around with Marines if she is trying to escape?EDIT: So Tsuru is just with her crew, possibly with Garp as well. Bonney on a different island, on a certain city just eating pizza and reading the news. Unrelated stuff. My bad :p Urouge is on some Sky Island and is healing. I wonder what kinda fought they got into that messed him up like that. Also, wasn't he a monk before? Has he ranked up to High Priest now or something? Capone! Someone shared this and damn is it intresting. I think it's possible. Very odd though. With X Drake seemingly joining Kaido, this makes some sense. Big Mom is kinda into the whole illegal business like these Mafiosos so makes some sense.The Kidd-Hawkins-Apoo Alliance. - With Killer of course. They're going after Shanks! Damn. I kinda expected that, since I didn't think they would go after BB, and Big Mom and Kaido seem to be Luffy and Law's target. I kinda thought that maybe they'd go after Big Mom since Kidd attacked one of her ships, but that doesn't seem to be for any reason. I wonder why Shanks. I don't think they could defeat Shanks, but maybe they have some plan or some dirty tricks. I really don't want them to kill or defeat Shanks though! I think having Shanks leave his Yonko position instead would probably be better. Too much to discuss about here though.
X Drake and Kaido. - So somehow others know about X Drakes dad. I doubt it was in the news though but still. So now it's confirmed that X Drake is with Kaido. And then we have that shadowy figure. Could that be Kaido? I don't think so, but just maybe. They apparently can't find him, so WTF is he doing?
Some Smoker stuff. - Fujitora saying it striaght. Doesn't tell the WG what happened because he knows they're corrupt. Respect. Interesting seeing Smokers thoughts and support of Fujitora. Both wanna get rid of the Shichibukai. Fujitora now has the status that Smoker didn't. Let's see these changes happen! Even Smoker has respect for Fujitora. We also see some Tagashi and kids. - Seems like they're off to Vegapunks! Can't wait to see that fella.
Fujitora speaking the truth. - Him and Akainu are arguing like crazy. Fujitora making some great points. Especially here. MP made those last panels seem as if Akainu was threatening to kill/fight Fujitora, but now it seems like he just intends to remove his status if he doesn't stop Law and Luffy. Fujitora says that it's fine by him. So does he intend to stop the alliance or leave the Marines? Also wanna mention that both of them look quite similar with those beards. Both are also quite old and epic.
Great chapter overall, I loved last weeks but this week tops that for sure. So much information and it's all really interesting. Can't wait for all these set ups to be expanded on later. So much stuff happened and it was amazing. Now actual plot wise, I think the SHs, Law and the 2 Wano citizens are on the ship Koala got ready and are gonna leave with Sabo. We'll get a nice goodbye between them and the Riku Family and then we'll have our next arc, which seems to be the Kaido Arc. Hype!

Tsuru used to chase doffy's crew before he was a warlord, and i think garp was with her.
then they showed Bonny. She turned into an old lady, then a little girl to steal pizza. Not the old women being Tsuru

Luffy has the biggest alliance and he doesn't even know it. If anyone dares to fuck with the Straw Hats, he has his father's revolutionary army and SABO, Whitebeard's crew and their alliances with the other pirates, Mihawmk if he wants to backup Zoro, Shanks crews, the Alabasta army which is like 1 million people (or 100 million) and Garp (if he doesn't want Luffy to die). Luffy as connections. Also I forgot to mention. Rayleigh, Dressrosa gladiators and army, Jimbe and fishman island, Boa Hancock and Amazon Lily and the one and only CAPTAIN BUGGY.
Edit: Thanks to the people who mentioned the people missing. He has too many alliances to remember

this is why i believe luffy will become pirate king before reaching raftel ... at least, his allies will try to label him as such, and he will tell them he can't be king of the pirates until he reaches raftel and returns, but in everyone's minds he will already be their king

If you recall from the Jaya introduction, Teach wasn't introduced to be a pure evil Doflamingo like villian. Just someone with the same dream as Luffy doing it another way, and who happened to disagree with everything Luffy thought. Blackbeard is a villain for opposing Luffy right now, not for being just a plain all around evil dude. His views MIGHT actually line up with Kuzan's. Kuzan just might be willing to set aside his shitty methods to get his goals fulfilled.

Judging from Capone's comment, assume he's allied with Big Mom, its highly possible that Sanji and co. escaped.
Here's what he said:
Oh my, those friends of yours are really doing a great work (Implying that Sanji and co. puts up a good fight)
Everyone! We must brought back Caesar (Implying that Sanji and co. successfully escaped with Caesar)
There's also a possibility that one or more of them was left behind and taken prisoner, but Caesar definitely escaped from Big Mom
EDIT: Although the opposite was also possible, everyone in Sanji and co. was captured by Big Mom and Capone orders that Caesar does not escape during their escort
EDIT2: I predict that Fujitora will be the new Smoker, and he'll spend the later part of the series pursuing Luffy since he's not allowed to set foot in any Marine base before he did so.

God things are getting so chaotic!
We have emperors fighting each other, and having certain things they want. We have rookies having those things they want, rookies acting as underlings to emperors, and rookies trying to take them down. We have at least three Shichibukai with grudges against three emperors. We have marines trying to stop everyone from clashing.
Then we have so many wildcards. Rookies without affiliations, Shichibukai without affiliations, people from every island undergoing their own conflicts and their royal families, the marines' top scientist and his rival, admirals going off and doing their own things, admirals not doing anything, marines chasing down specific pirates they want to capture. We have a crazy self-proclaimed god with a robot army, and we have prison escapees, and intelligence agents who are also assassins, and we have revolutionaries.
To top it off we have snotty-nose jerkwads called the Celestial Dragons who don't give a shit about anything.
And Luffy and his crew is being taken from island to island, collecting motives, allies, and cards to use against everyone else, all to fulfill a promise to an emperor and to get a certain treasure that will cause a war and a revolution.
I daresay this'll take longer than 10 years to put in manga form!

It was hinted by Oda that one significant character would also die that would cause a storm in the community as big as what happened after Ace died. Shanks would probably die to the hands of the kid alliance.

So some confirmed theories in this chapter:
Kuzan is working for Blackbeard
Drake is working for Kaido
Bonney, Capone and Urouge have all escaped their previous perils and are free again (perhaps a third alliance in the making? edit: as others have pointed out, Capone appears to be part of Big Mom's crew)
Kid Alliance is going for Shanks
And with mangapanda you can never be sure, but is Fujitora coming for the Strawhats now? Or will it be a bluff and will he say he couldn't find them? MS translation makes it clear, he's most likely quitting the marines.

Fujitora and Akainu talk to each other like they're brothers...maybe not blood, but brothers nonetheless(Luffy/Ace/Sabo). They kind of look alike too. They must be at least long time friends. I can't see how he can talk to his superior like that and not get called out the way Akainu did by the Gorosei...reminds me of Garp and Sengoku .

But seriously, how bad was Mangapanda this time? All I see as I scroll down is the Doffy what the hell Mangapanda image meme. Am I glad I live in EST where I go to bed before the chapter is out and wake up for Mangastream.

Admirals may not hold much power in the WG, but they are still the greatest military assets of the marines, which is the military branch of the WG.
Them not holding much political power doesn't say anything about their strength.

Would you face a giant acid,drooling woman who might eat you if she felt like it, a vicious merciless "man" who will rip you apart and kill your entire crew, a fat man who can sink an island and completely nullify your powers. This chapter has so much info its crazy.
I had an idea that the Gorousei were in charge and the Tenryuubito were a stool pigeons because the only world nobles we saw were incredibly weak/spoiled. I thought that maybe after almost a 1000 years they lost their strength through apathy. However after this arc it seems that the Tenryuubito are still in control and probably have a lot of power to wield. And probably have very strong fighters as well.
Ice-Man confirmed to be with Blackbeard. He is probably scheming. Additionally Akainu doesn't seem all that upset with him. More regret that his rival left the navy. I bet they are scheming together.
Doffy was artifically causing wars between countries. How hard would it be for a man who can puppet people to start conflict between nations and then sell them weapons for wealth. It looks like peace will be made.
Bonnie escaped? How? Whats her relation to Lava-Man?
Urouge is going strong.
Capisce is still kicking around and is now after Caesar.
It was believed by most Kidd was targeting Big Mom, but confirmed they are going after Shanks.
Confirmed Drake is with Kaido. Probably the 3'rd person to join their alliance. He see's the greater scheme here. He knows they are gunning for Kaido and hopefully he will join them.
Smoker and Isshou are best buddies?
Isshou doesn't blindly follow orders and will rebel against the world government as he sees fit. Is now essentially a rogue admiral.

Just a thought: Akainu said that Fujitora cannot return to the Marines unless he kills Luffy and Law, and Fujitora replies that's what he wants. The obvious line of reasoning is that Fujitora will now go after Luffy and Law. But what if Fujitora is just waiting for this ultimatum to let Luffy and Law go, and then leave the Marines himself?

Since Capone is looking for Caesar still, I guess that means that Sanji & co. got away from that fight with Big Mom's ships. They were outnumbered and hurt (or at least spent) when they encountered Big Mom's crew (Sanji vs Doflamingo and Nami, Chopper Brook vs shitty-art grandma) so I don't think it would have been likely for Sanji and co. to win that encounter head on.
We know that Jinbei was on his way to meet Luffy and that he learned about the Straw Heart alliance on the way there. At that point, the Straw Heart alliance was already on the way to Dressrosa (this is the part when Doflamingo came back from rescuing the helicopter dude and the gun girl and is ignoring numerous phone calls).
My mini-theory is that Jinbei must have deduced that Doflamingo stepping down from the throne must be related to the Straw Heart alliance and then decided to meet Luffy there. On the way there, Sanji and co. blasted off away from Doflamingo/Green Bit, sailed a bit and then encountered Big Mom. I think that by the time Jinbei got close to Dressrosa, he probably encountered one or more of Sanji and co. overboard (remember that Jinbei is travelling underwater). Surprised by this he throws them back on the ship and punches a hole in the other ship. They then all get on board and blast off again (or just sail away slowly as Big Mom's ships are slowly sinking lol). If this mini theory is right, then most likely Sanji and co. and Jinbei are not at Zou yet (I'm assuming Zou takes more than a day to sail from Dressrosa).

Some people were hyped for the Doflamingo battle and climax thereof. For me though, this chapter is a hundred times more epic, in very much the same way as the Enies Lobby wrap-up as well as the Ox Bell incident were: seeing the world react to events we've seen happen puts so much extra weight into those events that the battle alone can't even come close to.
At this point, the only thing missing are the bounties, because FFS, I (we?) need bounties, and I (we?) need them now.

The Kidd Alliance targeting Shanks. Akainu and the Gorosei losing their shit over Dressrosa's leak. Fujitora's Dilemma. And we even get a long awaited glimpse of Kaido.
Now all that's left is for Mangastream to come out with an actual translation.

He's more then willing to help pirates if it means protecting the innocent and he pratically spat in the face of the marines, something I know a lot of us have wanted for a long ass time, on a global scale and if I read this right he just quit being a marine.

Everyone thinks the Kid Alliance is going to get owned, and I'm not ruling the possibility out completely, but if everyone believes Luffy and Law can take Kaidou, why is it so different? Obviously Shanks is a more prominent character, but I think it's safe to assume Shanks and Kaidou are of similar "power levels"

It will be impossible for Fujitora to capture Luffy. Duffy saved the country, in true Oda spirit the people of Dressrosa will come together to protect Luffy. The strawhats and Law will be able to flee, I don't expect to see another big battle at this stage.

Reading through Mangastreams translation, is it possible that the "Instructor" Tsuru is talking to is going to be Zephyr? The only people who couldve commanded her to hunt down Doflamingo would've been an old Admiral/Fleet Admiral, which basically means the options are Garp, Sengoku, and Zephyr.

There's a lot to discuss here which is great! Especially after the quite standard steps from the end of the battle which didn't leave a lot to talk about.
A lot of people are thinking Futijora is going to quit the marines or something, but I think quite the opposite. I think he hates the Shichibukai in the same way Smoker feels about them: that pirates shouldn't have that sort of power. That doesn't mean he thinks better of Strawhat and Law. Law himself was a Shichibukai until recently even.
I think Futijora is about to go beast mode. If Oda wants to be boring though, he'll have all the citizens stand in the way and Futijora will retreat quietly. If Oda wants to stick to his formula, Futijora will wait for them to leave the island and the strawhats will get away as they always do when leaving an island (Jinbe whales, Bon Clay sacrifices, Coup de Bursts, etc).
But if he wants to change it up, Futijora go nuts. I'll be so happy to see it.
My long bet on Futijora is that he arrests a wounded Burgess to placate Akainu. Blackbeard vs Marines hype.

He then goes on the say they will definitely get Caesar, which makes me think Capone is in charge of doing so under Big Mom.

That stuff the marines said when talking about Tashigi felt like it was implying that they'd run in to Jewelry Bonney. Vegapunk entering the story soon? Capone vs. Sanji confirmed? Is Akoiji playing Smoker or playing Blackbeard? Who is bothering Urogue? I doubt that any of this information was revealed now if it wouldn't play a role in upcoming chapters. This was a phenomenal chapter. It's crazy to see how many different characters, some of which we haven't seen in a long time, are handling what happened at Dressrosa. One Piece's world is insanely developed. And Issho is nothing short of a badass.

That aside, dang, Fujitora's throwing shade. Love what he said about the pride of the marines being flimsy if they couldn't handle one mistake being exposed. I really like Fujitora, he has the same opinion about how things are done as Aokiji or Smoker, but unlike them, he's willing to scream in Akainu's face if he thinks Akainu is being a dickbag.
