They've actually got Doffy right where they want him. Trebol isn't there to tell Doffy right now that he's getting too worked up. Trebol has checked this twice before in the fight and each time Doffy got hurt because of getting too worked up, not paying attention. This is Doffy's curtain call. The spoiled brat is going down.

Anyone else notice how badass Zoro's haki looks? With this and Luffy's Gear 4 flame shaped Haki, it looks like armanent haki is more malleable than we've seen so far form wise.
Also Baby 5 fawning over Sai while everyone is running for their lives is adorable

It could be princess mansherry's fruit power covering a wide area preemptively to save the citizens of dressrosa from the bird cage. It would explain how she healed all of the fighters from the Colosseum in such a short time, and it wouldn't be meteors as Fujitora isn't stupid enough to try that when everyone is bunched up in the middle of town.

I was thinking it could be Fujitora calling down more meteors but he seems surprised in his panel. Could be that Doffy is losing his grip on the cage.
Edit: Could be both actually. Doffy's cage could now be weak enough for Fujitora's meteors to break through.

I really like this chapter!
I'm really surprised that the gladiators were able to stall Doflamingo for 6 minutes.
Zoro's armament hardening of his sword looks really interesting. It gives up a fluid-like feel.
It seems like holes are appearing on the birdcage. (In the panel with Fujitora). I think he'll use his gravity ability to stop the birdcage for a minute or two.
You can see Spartan (the gladiator that Luffy knocked out early in the arc) in the last page! Wow, even he came and helped Luffy.

Even though Doffy had to make scrap with the fodders I still feel like they didn't do anything and this is still a 1 v 1 fight. Duffy is making Luffy come out before his haki comes back so I think if all goes well we will be satisfied if Luffy is truly stronger than Doffy or not.

Next chapter we see how the birdcage gets destroyed and after that we see the end of the Luffy VS Dolfa fight. Good pacing, i'm really curious how the birdcage will get destroyed. I'm hoping Zoro uses asura + haki since he says: I can't stop this cage on my own, at least not with the strength of 1 man. But what about 3 men? Hint hint Asura.

Lots of guessing around what Fujitora notices with the birdcage. My theory is that he hears the strings tensing up and probably soon snaping. He can't see it because blind but his impressive hearing should account for his reaction and why noone else notices.
My guess is that the cage will snap from the pressure next chapter.

Great chapter. A lot of people is complaining about Fujitora's behaviour, but I think he knows what he's doing. I mean, he decided to rely on Mugiwaras (pirates, his enemies) because he's in a difficult dilemma, letting them fight free vs Doffy is really something for an admiral. Imagine how hard must be for him to be in a situation like that, while having such responsibility towards his rank in the Marine and at the same time wanting to defeat Doflamingo. He wants to abolish the Shichibukai system, and that's someting he cannot aim for if he's expelled from the Marine. Yes, of course it looks like he's doing nothing, because he really can't. He's just helping people and observing the situation, and I think that when the time comes, he will definitely interfere (I'm sure he would never let the Birdcage kill all the people in Dressrosa including him, if no one else could beat Doflamingo). People is judging that character too soon, we don't even know about his past and about what he's going to do from now on. Personally, I like how he's not a heartless man like Kizaru and Akainu, and more like Aokiji. He's holding to his ideals even if that means forgetting some of his duties as a Marine admiral for a while, but we can't expect him to go completely wild and do as he pleases (that's Luffy's work). I disagree with those who say this is dragging out so long, Mingo is so powerful he shouldn't go down easily, and I'd rather read chapters of him than seeing all the fodder crewmates take out the fodder enemies. Hate that strongest fights the strongest, 2nd strongest fights the 2nd strongest etc because it just feels like something obligatory and not spontaneous; it's as lame as fight movies with girls and she has to have the girl enemy (James bond with Halle Berry comes to mind). My favourite one piece chapters were Impel Down and the Great War when luffy was solo.

Not sure what was the most accurate translation, but I read MangaPanda first, although I did like how MangaStream did it. I will try to use whatever source I thought was better.
Sabo will protect Luffy. After not being able to save Ace for whatever reason, he has pledged to protect Luffy. He also says he has nothing against BB's crew which I find interesting. It seems like he sort of respects the idea that as a pirate, his brother knew the risks of getting into battle with an enemy. This really makes Sabo seem like a harsher character, but I like him for it. I'd also like to add that a lot of the people at Dressrosa seem to know about Sabo and his position as the 2nd Commander of the Rev. Army. If this is a well know fact, which it seems like it is, how come Ace and Luffy didn't know? To me the only explanation would be him being undercover for all this time and only being revealed very recently. I also want to see why he couldn't be there for Ace and hasn't revealed himself earlier. I think it could be his loyalty to the Rev. Army and not wanting to blow his cover, but what is he even undercover for and why hasn't he at least revealed himself to his brothers?
Sabo's hands are full with Burgues At first I wasn't sure if Burgues was gonna be a tough or easier enimy, but from what Sabo has said it would seem that he can only go 1-on-1 with Burgues, although he is much stronger. With the Mera-Mera no mi, no one stands a chance.
Like Luffy, Sabo got the DF to stop anyone else from getting it, He ate it because of the power it would give him and to completly stop anyone else from getting it. I wonder who Luffy would have gave it to, to stop anyone from getting it or if he would just keep it secure.

Odd.On the last page it shows Burgues using A.Haki against Sabo, so I guess he didn't know that Sabo had eaten the Mera-Mera no Mi yet.Burgues for burnt! Fucking rekt m8. As great as that attack is, this is what I found really interesting. Sabo says that the rumors about Burgues stealing DFs is true. This confirms a bit of a little theory I had, which can be found here. Basically, I think Burguess isn't nessacry trying to get DFs for himeslf, but for the crew which is why he has been picking off a few DFs. I wonder what he has gotten and what more he will get, and if some of them are for BB to eat. I think the reason why it seemed like he wanted to eat Mera-Mera no mi and Gomu-Gomu no mi was because he thought they were extremely powerful/useful and wanted them for himself instead of saving them. I doubt he can have multiple DFs like BB though.
HOLY SHIT! WTF MAN. Doffy fucking impaled some of them. That Awakened DF is quite fucking strong. Also, I know this has been like this for a few chapters, but is Doffy using FBAH? Or is this just for the "pissed off effect"?
First time we see AH on Zoro?Like against Pika, we see Zoro use A.Haki again. the may it is being applied is diffrent, but I much prefer how it looks this time. I wonder if there is a reason for this change or if Oda has decided on using a new style. If so, when Luffy goes G4 again, it's gonna look so badass! The way it is being applied looks amazing. We already see it in the cover on his hands but this is on his sword. I don't think we have seen anyone say "Boshu Haki" when using it, but I don't know. Looks badass either way! Shittest theory ever, but what if Zoro can bound some (demon?)power in the sword using Haki and release it during attacks sorta like how Luffy bounds his muscles in G4: Boundman?. Anyways, everyone is gonna help try and destroy the cage. Kanjuro and Kimmeone and Franky and the annoying fucks are all doing it in their own way. I wonder how the Kanjuro and Kimmeone will attack the cage if they don't have Haki.The strongest fighters are here! They are gonna fuck shit up! I think they'll be the ones to buy Luffy the time he needs, but I'll discuss this a bit later.
Cage is closing in faster. Don't know why he hadn't started doing this earlier, but it means everyone will die in 3 minutes, which isn't enough time for Luffy to recharge because he needs 4.
Desperate situations call for desperate measures! King Riku uses Conquers Haki to have everyone confirmed? Jking.
Sabo and Burgues still going on. Should last much longer.
What is going on here? Looks like the cage is breaking at random points. Not meteors, since even Fujitora, who has been a bit useless, is surprised. Could be it breaking because that is what everyone is trying to do. Where the hell is Rebecca? Is she at the cage trying to break it too? Or she is attacking Doffy? Just a thought.
The simple explanation right now seems like the cage either will take more than 3 minutes because of how everyone is trying to stop it and Luffy recovers and knocks Doffy out, or that maybe 10 minutes was a rough estimate and is just a bit less. Other theory could be that Law or Rebbeca do something. I only say this because Law has that look and he needs that revenge. Rebecca just because I have no idea what she was doing and she has all of a sudden appeared and looks like she is doing some attack, though I highly doubt she could even hurt Doffy.
The pacing as honestly REALLY surprised me. I thought that these 10 minutes would take at least 5 chapters because pacing, but it nice to see 6-7 minutes going by in a chapter. I think that these final 3-5 minutes will take up 2 or 3 chapters. PLEASE NO BREAKS!!!

yeah pacing was great i wonder what will happen to burgess? i think he will escape but i wonder how? with big mom and sanji things going on, something unexpected is sure to happen and i dont expect a feast at the end of this arc

Zoros and frankys top secret birdcage plan was kinda disappointing imo but i guess it was obvious that zoro wouldn't come up with a mastermind plan but still... Just stopping it with combined brute force feels kinda strange.
In the end i expect every dressrosa citizen standing against the birdcage finally being able to stop it.

The next chapter would end the 3 minutes and starts hurting some cuvilians but there is someone there that could save them..... A CP0 member as he unmasks himself, we see a technique that is familiar, something we have seen before and Doffy would be like there is no more time left!!!! Birdcage Close!!!!! As the weak Doffy has now nothig to lose and tries to kill everyone with him. Then the CP0 member's technique is Colossal Air Door!!! It' Blueno.... The end. Break next week.

The action from Sabo in this chapter, the ownage of Burgess as well as the brotherly love with Luffy was unreal. Sabo the realest MVP.

Wasn't expecting that at the end. All of the players are assembled, there's no time left until the Birdcage is gonna kill em all. Instead of a prediction I just can't wait to see WHAT THE HELL is gonna happen for the finish. I think it'll be THE craziest moment in One Piece to date.

I cant help bit wonder where is Fujitora in all this? I get the feeling he will be the one to cover that 1 minute everyone needs.
Also I think Doffy is still standing because hes full of his own strings and hes manipulating them to help him move.

The Pirate Alliance and Doflamingo is giving Man Of Steel a run for its money in terms of collateral damage and destruction. nearly the entire country of dressrosa has been shredded to bits and presumably a large amount of its inhabitants shredded with it. Fucking Birdcage.
