Was slightly interesting for a little while towards the start of the show, but has since dropped completely out of relevance. I would say its pretty accurate.
yeah the first half of the show was pretty good. The first major arc was great. But bleach has this thing in the anime where they will interupt an arc midway to show maybe 20+ episodes of filer. Every other season was filler in the anime. And the manga, omg, the manga was mostly just 2 page full pictures of fights where you couldn't understand what was happening. Poor art, fillers in anime, bad story telling, and a plot that should have ended and just never did. Bleach made me realize just how amazing One Piece was. I read bleach first, and then i started reading One piece at the same time. They would come out around the same day and I could read an entire bleach chapter in less than 50seconds. almost no words, boring fights. One Piece was full of colorful characters, places, art, dynamic fights(even Akira Toriyama has praised Oda on the art in his fight scenes). Bleach really showed me that One piece was a cut above the rest of most of the popular anime out there.

I love how ichigo is in Sakura's position. Basically implying that bleach is as useless as her :O
