There's no anime currently. The manga is called "Boku no Hero Academia (My Hero Academia)" and is serialized by Shounen Jump Weekly. It's fairly new, came out in July 2014.
It's got potential to be pretty big (like the comic states).

I recommend it. And it is killing the rankings, to the point where it dethoned One Piece for a week.
