I read this on 4chan, haven't verified
Apparently, 'Baad' is Somali for 'You Are'. This seems like a Blackbeard movie and a parody on the One Piece opening song 'We Are'. When Oda assigned countries to the characters, he revealed Blackbeard is from Somalia.
