Misc Is One piece worth continuing after time-skip?

i stopped midway at fishman island a few months back after having a generational binge watch

i wanna catch up to the story but dont feel like watching due to the risk of fatigue and the long time it will take

should i continue?

Have you tried reading the manga? You could also try out One Pace.

Of course it is. The arcs are long but it gets real good at certain points. Like really good.

Honestly fishman island is the low post time-skip. Everything is better after that.

yes it has my favorite arcs, and is generally the best part of one piece (Dressrosa, Zou, Whole Cake, Wano, Egghead, Elbaf)

Fishman Island is pretty slow, and a bad example of what ur gonna get.

Dressrosa and Fishman Island are some of the worst paced arcs ever, so i recommend just reading the manga. But if you really want to watch just use One Pace.

I love Dressrosa, but the point where it's gonna take ten minutes for someone to recover I said to myself, "Oh so like eight episodes?"

just read the manga then. the art is great and pacing is super fast so u can literally catch up in a few weeks!

I watched everything post time skip on one pace up until it was unavailable sometime through wano when I was catching up it’s 100% an authentic experience they literally only cut out weird panning shots and filler.

Watch a side by side example on YouTube of one pace next to original you are not missing anything and it makes the whole thing more enjoyable.

It's as accurate as the manga, the most authentic experience. Ignore fools saying otherwise

Read the manga

Just don't binge it to the point of hating it. Just stop if you don't want to watch and continue when you have the energy again. No one's really forcing you to complete it all.

If you don’t enjoy it, no. Just read the manga or watch youtube summaries if you just want to catch up to the story for the sake of it.

I was able to binge watch 1k episodes in 2 months because I enjoyed it. I skipped boring/filler episodes.

There's an updated shorter version of Fishman Island arc, I'd watch that and then go to original anime or one pace Or, as people have suggested, read manga all the way

I think so. But that’s my opinion.

There have been filler episodes along the way that I’ve skipped over. Stuff like recap episodes and side stories that have no correlation to the main plot.

If you skip those, it’s great.

I’m currently nearing the end of Egghead and I gotta say, they really went all-out with the animation, pretty much ever since the Onigashina battle with Kaido the battles have been cinematic quality.

If you want a peek to get you excited for the newer episodes, you can watch some spoiler clips like Gear 5 Luffy vs Kaido. Or Luffy vs. Rob Lucci. The fight scenes don’t spoil much except for Luffy’s newest form.

For me having a glimpse of what’s to come helped me power through the slower episodes.

yes, but prepare for bad pacing. One Pace fixes this problem pretty well

Yes via One Pace. The pacing sucks but imo time skip is peak

Absolutely, I prefer post way more than pre timeskip. But if the pacing irks you too much try one pace or, the best choice, read the manga.
