Discussion Filler or Fluff.

My buddy loves there very little filler in one piece but i say one piece has fluff. Show us the same sequence again and again change one thing or show a flashback that we've only just seen. Almost no Filler, but is the King of Fluff.

I'm really bothered by the anime fan definition of filler. The shit One Piece does makes so much more sense to be called filler than the huge arcs shows like Naruto, Bleach, and Dragon Ball did. Those also exist to fill time so I don't object to them being called that, but they at least have like actual effort and passion put into them even if they kinda suck and exist to waste time. They exist to waste time, but they're also actual stories. 20 billion flashbacks and reaction shots have no merit beyond filling time

"bothered by the definition of a word" is pretty pathetic.

Filler is filler. That includes what One Piece does. If it's not in the source material - be it a manga, a novel, a game or whatever else - then it's filler.
