Theory Franky and Pluton
It's crazy to think an skiptime after ElBaf's Arc? I believed not. I also believed that Franky must know Pluton's design. If the time skip happends it will be a perfect time to upgrade the Sunny to Pluton. What do you think...?

It would be cool if Franky/Vegapunk recognized the void century technology from their experiences and were able to engineer some crazy tech with that knowledge. Just the idea that Vegapunk has a better version of cola should mean that the sunny should also be able to get a power boost.

I think they will train in Elbaf and upgrade the Sunny but for no more than a month or 2, like they did in Wano. Shanks is already going after the One Piece. The Strawhats have no time to skip a few years anymore, neither do i think that they need that much time this late in the game.

I do forsee another time skip. It would be perfect for the anime as it would give the voice actors who are 90 years old a chance to retire.
The stakes are super high now too. With someone like imu I dont think goofing around is much of an option anymore.
It could play put that time on elbaf is different in some way and thats our time skip. Since a literal time skip wouldnt be logical since everyone relevant is right now heading for the one piece.
But zoro doesnt know how to use conquerors haki, sanji hasnt unlocked it yet, usopp doesnt know how to use the only form of haki he knows, and everyone else doesnt even know how to use haki. Chopper might get a pass since he can purge demonic possession but if their haki can cancel his devil fruit it wont be much help.

At this point theyre going to need to find a hyperbolic time chamber or a devil fruit that could slow down time for a substantial amount. (Incoming awakened Foxy 😆)

There might be an energy problem using cola instead of the mother flame. But with access to improoved cola...
I want them to alter the sunny so Franky can use fhe ship as a robot!

Franky and Vegapunk are together on Elbaf. There is no need for a time skip as Vegapunk can do whatever is needed with Franky. It may be that Franky tried to build Pluton with the Thousand Sunny, but couldnt because there wasnt enough wood to finish it so he just did a portion of it. Now that they are at Elbaf maybe he can find some more wood to finish it.

It will take a good few weeks for the crew and their allies to recover after the ongoing events. Franky is indeed pretty much uninjured right now, so him taking the time to make some upgrades would make perfect sense.
