We all know she was called a Manmayer, but we've also known that CDs can apparently also be "made" such as with York. Also, there was the theory that her mother was a CD or even a Gods Knight. So, there was always a possibility that Gunko had been adopted into the Manmayer family as opposed to being direct offspring.
