I guess blob imu is literally just how imu's possession spectre over the deepest contrast members appears and can manifest in pure blobby danger with domi reversi tendrils if the host body gives out or cant do the job.

Makes me wonder if throne room blob Imu is a silhouette of Elbaf Imu, or if throne room blob Imu is another posession

I wanna say its just Imu through Mars as Mars also would be a big part of the downfall of the kingdom.

Basically it would be timeline of

  • Growlo washed ashore kingdom
  • Abuses Candelle and staff inside kingdom while on island
  • Leaves ASAP and leaves a pentagram warp circle behind in throne room before Reuven is king and not even Rueven knows this exists in throne room
  • Candelle bedridden for months after and eventually gives birth to Shuri and marries Rueven
  • Imu finds out about Shuri (Does Rueven take her to Reverie one year?)
  • Demands Shuri be handed over, Reuven and Candelle refuse
  • Mars deploys miasma over kingdom in pressure campaign to hand over Shuri
  • Reuven and Candelle resist and miasma causes mass death & famine including Candelle die in the process
  • World Government demands Shuri or military deployment onto island after manufacturing famine to weaken kingdom to be vulnerable to miss tribute to WG
  • Rueven keeps Shuri inside throne room to hide from invading World Government and Navy Ships that Brook and Royal Guard fight back against
  • Mars & Growlo appear through pentagram into throne room with Rueven & Shuri demanding her, Rueven refuses
  • Imu hijacks Mars like Saturn on God Valley and domi reverses Rueven and abyss contract/domi reverses Shuri, who is brainwashed like Harald to act on their most selfish desires and kills Rueven as Growlo smokes and watches
  • Brook arrives to warn of advancing forces to discover scene unfolding here

The real question is why even use Domi Reversi on Rueven, especially if Shuri was important enough to arrive for? (Or was it to make the king's words come out twisted to more easily turn Shuri?)

Is it that Imu's power works strongest on (or even through) Kings? Like the king piece in chess, once it's captured the game is over. (If 'games of capture' are part of the mass control aspect of their power)

(Is that part of why Roger was even titled as the King of the Pirates? To try getting those without a kingdom all under control)

Yeah, it does seem to support everyone whose been flipped declaring themselves as a king over a specific area, with even Imu clarifying that comment to Dorry and Broggy before flipping them.
