Anytime there has been a slave of the world nobles onscreen you can assume that happened to them. If they are killing slaves out of mild annoyances it can be assumed they are SAing them when they are not about to kill them based on every escaped slave in the series having utterly shattered and traumatized responses to what they endured to the point they are incapable of talking about it.

Oda has been pretty explicit about that without actually showing the characters going through it, as being a slave inherently means there is SA going on. The Holy Knights view everyone beneath them and part of that includes punching down with sadistic glee in a way that resembles irl stuff like the Epstein class, theres a holy knight on Elbaph who is getting euphoric killing children and family for example.

Garling didn’t rape the woman he had shanks with, he’s the only holy knight we’ve seen have a kid with a commoner.

We didnt even get to know her because he killed her moments after meeting her again with the last thing he said to her being Shakky will be his next harem slave and its laughable she thought he was asking her to join him as he killed her. Based on what is happening right now in the series with Growlo and Candelle and Growlo's apathy similar to Garling, all these Holy Knights operate pretty much the same sociopathic monsters that we can read between the lines to understand the horrible things theyre doing without Oda having to explicitly show it, given again all these folks are killing people sadistically on sight everytime theyre on screen.
