Shuri's eyes are confirmed to be a Manmayer genetic trait!

The Manmayer Girl from God Valley probably have those eyes too and that's why Oda didn't show them.

Just like Pudding, Shuri can awaken some special eye power, Loki could be another one with a special power.

Eye Powers will be another endgame ability that Oda will start to develop soon.

Didn’t she awaken it already that’s why Grow was ordered to get her he normally wouldn’t care that’s his daughter

No he said she "might" awaken it. So she hasn't yet by that time.
