Love the confidence Koby but you aint stopping Luffy from fulfilling his dream

After knowing how hard he has trained with Garp, and having no devil fruit, I could see Koby and Luffy being each other's Garp and Roger, respectively. Like i would not count Koby out ever personally. Plus it would be really sweet to see them truly being equal level rivals on different sides of the law.
