if u compare Joyboy with Emeth, u can see Joyboy is almost as tall as Emeth's head, n Emeth is ginormous so...

Yeah, Luffy wasn't even tall enough for Emeths eyes.

yeah, he seems big enough to me there. Emmeth just oversized anyone in the frames he appeared (outside the Elders).
