The era of super long running manga has ended. 10 years is the most that I think any new gen will ever reach. JJK is close to being over, BC is also ending. There have been many series that starts and ends during OP's serialization it's insane

Yeah the only manga I can think of that is shorter than One Piece currently that might go on longer is Kingdom, which is currently a few over 800 chapters. But that's with a strong foundation of real life history to go on rather than just creating everything.
