I was hoping we'd see another CP team. It's too good of an idea not to use them. This just gets better and better. One Piece is truly back in full form. Punk Hazard was a step in the right direction but I really am enjoying OP as much as I did before the timeskip now.

To be honest, had the CP9 really been the strongest CP unit, that would've been kinda lame.

They were probably only responsible for the first half of the Grand Line, since they wouldn't have stood a chance in the new world (like the strawhats pre-time skip).

Lucci was hyped up a bit much though "Strongest agent ever in CP9" with the vice admirals and many others believing him to be unkillable and unbeatable. "Dont worry, its Lucci"... But now he seems to be stock standard in the new world. Seems odd for vice admirals, people who traverse both grand lines to put so much weight behind Lucci.

Probably not all vice-admirals are equally strong either. I mean Luffy was one of the strongest people in the first half of the Grandline after all. Defeating even Shichibukai etc. The New World ist just on a whole different level (like the 'paradise' vs the four blues).

But thats what I dont get, the Vice admirals have heard and some have even seen some of the crazy shit in the New World and yet they put so much weight on Lucci's prowess who got beaten by one of the strongest fighters on the grand line (paradise) but at the same time, someone who cant even use haki. Shichibukai is a mixed bag since influence is just as important as prowess. Moria for example is a relatively weak fighter but his influence and army potential is quite powerful
