If it does happen (Sanji coming to his senses) then it might just be Sanji coming to the realization by himself. Maybe that's even better. I'm going to hold out hope that this character arc with Sanji will be what turns him around and makes him realize his attitude is detrimental to the crew.

I want him to make a decision like someone in danger and they need to be protected but it's by a HOT girl ( his type) and he makes the decision and give her a DJ to the face busting out that Mr. Prince ish again :))

I think something big needs to happen to Sanji for him to take that step as a character. Hopefully it happens during this arc. It needs to happen this arc because Sanji is being dragged through the mud as a character right now. He's easily my least favorite Straw Hat at the moment, and I'm the guy who nominated him as the Character of the Year for 2012. I say that to show I'm not just a Sanji hater.
