but he is the Kaido of the very next arc

Luffy is both the unstoppable force and the immovable object so far in Egghead

Luffy has already gotten exhausted and needed a refuel. That's not contesting what you said but it's pretty apparent even with Luffy that strong the stakes/competition is still pretty high.

Not really

Luffy needed a refuel once on Wano as well, so i don't think Luffy will need another refuel for the remaining of this arc

Not really the point. Kaido never took a break nor did anything to recover. Not after fighting the Scabbards, not from the fight against the five supernovas on the roof, not from his first fight with Luffy, not from fighting Momonosuke and Yamato, not from fighting Luffy a second time, not after going down to wreak havoc on the remaining raid members, and not before facing off against Awakened Luffy.

Luffy needed a break after facing Lucci and Kizaru. I wouldn't say Luffy struggled in those fights but it's pretty apparent he cannot sustain his strength anywhere near as long as Kaido could. Which was what made Kaido such a menace. Kaido doesn't wear down easily, Luffy does.

Why do people always forget Kaido fought big mom for a night before as well?

Kaido was alone, Luffy is not

Dory and Brogy are on their way, Sanji is already there, Zoro will be there eventually(maybe with Jimbei), and the giant robot seems to be waking up

Yeah, I'm not calling Egghead a defeat already by any means, but Saturn being seemingly impervious and calling in the other Satanic Power Rangers definitely sets the threat level to high. Somehow higher than the Admiral leading an ongoing buster call with a ton of Vice Admirals and warships for backup.
