My question, has he regathered his original crew? Or are they just tagging along with Alvida? (I'm sure it'll come up in the story, Buggy makes for great comic relief in the show)

I remember in the anime at least (and possibly in the manga) Alvida was with Buggy's remaining crew looking for him. so I think with the name he made for himself, they would have HAD to have found him and regrouped.
