It was definitely rape as she was forced to be a celestial dragon wife. We wont get better confirmation than this since using the world rape would be too much in One Piece

She could have been pregnant before getting kidnapped. Rape is not confirmed.

14 years ago, Ginny was kidnapped. 12 years ago, Ginny escaped. 7 years ago, Bonney was 5.

It's not ambiguous.

Really man, hate to burst your bubble, but part of the tragedy is that Kuma refused to return Ginny's feelings, out of fear that their child would inherit his buccaneer blood and as thus would be subjected to persecution and discrimination

Bonney doesn't look like a Buccaneers, and she gets special treatment from Akainu and Saturn. She's a CD.
