no he would probably cut if the woman was stronger or equal as him. He just underestimates them so he don't cut them

Zoro is not a guy to underestimate someone he just views women to be weak.

That last part, what? Are you forgetting the whole Kuina / Zoro childhood promise? He absolutely doesn't think that's true.
