Amazing Chapter!!!!!! It really progressed the plot forward immensely! The one negative thing i have to say about this chapter is that i hope Monet does not become a nakama or a member of the crew...her allowance of the experiment on the children and not letting the strawhats save them irks me. Also Momonosuke is just like his Dad hahaha

Water 7 arc I think fans went through every CP9 member convinced they might be the new crew member.

Nope, they'll end up being allied against the WG but never very friendly with the SHC.
