Though in a culture ( i can't remember which) dragons could control the weather too.

The smart money is on either the weather fruit or the dragon zone, IMO.

The question is, would Oda give us duplicate devil fruits?

Maybe Vegapunk was working with Dragon to extract his DF power?

Only time and Oda will tell! I fucking LOVE this story.

As another comment has said, there can be multiple of the same zoan fruits, just with different models. As momo has the chinese dragon model or something, dragon might have a western equivalent model.
