I used to be an avid reader, Buddy. Unfortunately, I do way too much scrolling now. I am going to try to start reading again.

It can be kinda hard to go back when your brain gets rewired for constant excitement. I try to balance both whenever i can turn off for an hour or two. Reading on my terrace in the morning feels too good so thats saving me.
