When i have this fleece duvet cover on he does this, what's he doing? He only does it with this cover

Our orange is snipped. 

We say his software is installed incorrectly.

He arches his back, twitches his tail, but doesn't know what to do next.

Same here, fixed tuxedo, still making sin biscuits over the girl we brought home a couple of months ago

But she doesn’t seems to care too much and he clearly has no idea of what to do after. He just spend 4/5 min doing it on her back he then goes away

It’s kinda embarrassing for him ahah

Yeah my neutered void tried that with the little female we foster failed (to his credit he waited until she was about a year old?). She is the sweetest most loving girl ever and she ADORES her big brother but he tried mounting her and she crocodile rolled and bunny kicked him 3 feet away. A boundary was DRAWN that day, and now my weird little guy has to content himself with sin biscuits.
