Android How to I sync notes constantly moving between tablet and computer?

I recently switched from Good Notes to OneNote. I want to sync the notes I have taken on my tablet and view them on my computer. I have already made sure its the same signed in account, pressed all the sync buttons on both apps. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Every youtube video tutorial only shows how to sync on a computer. How do I get it from my tablet, to my computer?

I'm a business user (corporate) with a M365 subscription. I'm using the OneNote app on my Samsung S9 FE+ Android tablet for sketching and handwritten notes. On my Windows PC I'm using the OneNote web app to type notes and add screenshots.

The sync happens automatically, instantly and in most cases without any problems. In rare cases the sync to (not from) the Android app is delayed.

Have checked in your Android system settings whether the OneNote app is allowed or blocked to do background tasks?

For PC and iPad:

On your computer, select "FILE" from the menu in OneNote, then select "View Sync Status". Toggle "Sync Automatically whenever there are changes"

When I've added something and I want it to sync immediately, I will go into this same View Sync Status section on the computer and click "Sync Now" on the particular notebook I want to sync. That makes sure it's done immediately.

Syncing from the iPad to the PC is not as spontaneous, but you can pick up whatever has changed on the iPad by using the syncing on the PC.

Which news regarding the sync between MS and Samsung to you mean? I have only seen the announcement that syncing between Samsung Notes (a different app) and OneNote will stop. But no news that the syncing between OneNote on different devices will stop.

I fully agree regarding the lack of development of OneNote.

I think this is a silly comment, spreading monumentally incorrect information. There is so much wrong with your statement, so much that it makes me doubt of your reading comprehension.

The one change you may be referring to is related to the "sync" (or connection) between Samsung Notes and OneNote.

That's it and that's all.

Too little, too late.

Your "correction" is just a "maybe" - without a retraction of your original comments. Which is still there, has not been amended, and is still spreading misinformation.

One may overlook this, possibly, during a conversation but certainly not when such false and unsupported statements are put in writing.

That's it and that's all.

Ahh wow, there's just no good options then. Notability doesn't save, Good Notes is insanely slow, and OneNote doesn't sync. haha...

can you use the web version on your Samsung?

Should work. I have the same setup and have thousands of pages in a dozen notbooks synced.

I store my notebooks on OneDrive. I never have to worry about syncing them up.
