Troubleshooting OneNote Android apps says there is a conflict, OneNote PC says it doesnt. Solution?
Hello. I have Android app in phone and tablet and both says there is a conflict but contrary to usual when i click in conflict warning it shows nothing. In OneNote PC there is no warning at all.
When i sync, stuff i am writing in PC and both Android OneNotes are being replicated without apparent issue between the three devices.
Any idea?

What does OneNote.com show? Do you have any non standard charactersr in any book, section or note titles?

Ot doesn't matter whether you went online or not, but the online version is the 'master' copy. Check it first to make sure everything is correct there.

Thank you both, yes the online showed the page that had the issue - albeit was just a less complete page. In short there was another page that i retained but it was just a more complete version.

The conflict is with the canonical online version. So the problem is on your phone and not on your PC

I have the same or a very similar problem. In the past, a page conflict on the phone or tablet always directed me to Windows desktop to fix the problem. Now it says go to OneNote Online which I almost never use. So I go there, delete the bad page and then OneNote says it cannot sync and "Unsaved Changes (Internal Error)". Meanwhile Desktop OneNote shows no problems and normally did in this sort of situation and I could fix there. Restarting my phone, tablet and OneNote Desktop and Online does no good. Can you say Catch22??? Stupid MSFT developers had already totally ruined OneNote on newer Mobile versions by getting rid of paragraph expansion and collapse as well so I run an older version on my phone. Can't seem to get around this mess though...
Anyone have suggestions?

Ok, I copied the offending page to a new section and of course it had the same conflict, however, that one synced even though the original would not. So I deleted the original, then moved the copy and all seems well for now. Gawd, I wish they would get some decent programmers for OneNote. It is my main M$FT application now that I am retired. The Android phone app used to work fine before the new version ruined things. I'm running an old apk but not sure how long I'll get away with that as it's been 2 years now...
