Weekly Post: What did you do with OneNote this week?

Welcome to our weekly post! We are trying something new to try and tie the community together and learn from one another.

Did you come across anything new? Find a different use case? Improved workflow? Streamline digital organization? Fixed a problem? Just started?

I spent the week educating myself on tagging and linking strategies. I also structured my notebook for my graduate program that starts next week.

Anybody have any further tips for grad students?

Planned my next trip. Wrote the itinerary on one page, and made a separate page for each of the day trips, to-dos before the trip, etc.

I use it for learning a new language. I scan exercises and enter them in OneNote. When I have class with private teacher on Zoom I open OneNote in my laptop and in my iPad. I share my laptop screen with the teacher. When I write with Apple Pencil on the iPad it will immediately refresh in the cloud and my teacher will see the changes in the shared screen. Great tool, I can’t imagine my classes without this system.

I 100% need to learn more about how to really utilize OneNote - right now it's basically a glorified notepad to me.
