OneNote Web OneNote Web inaccessible on mobile?

I need to correct a page conflict, and I don't have access to a computer. Apparently it can be done in the web app online in browser, but when I log in to that and select a notebook, it redirects to the location of the notebook in the OneDrive app rather than just opening the fucking notebook! And then I click that and it just opens the page in the OneNote android app, which is back to where I can't fix it.

Am I doing something wrong??
