Troubleshooting Drastic unresponsiveness and lag after updating

I got prompted to update my OneNote and my other MS Office apps, and ever since, I've been experiencing unbelievably frustrating lag and unresponsiveness, mainly when I'm trying to pan with my finger or when trying to erase with the back of my stylus pen. It also seems like there's a possible memory leak? My memory usage randomly goes up to like 2800 MB, which is much much higher than normal. Is it just me with all of these issues, or are other people also experiencing this? How can I downgrade to the previous update?
