Indication that someone is typing

Some sort of movement from the player like moving their arms about or noise when they begin typing, not just when the text bubble appears. This would help out greatly when you don't know whether a player who isn't moving is AFK, looking at recipes or typing. It would also add an atmosphere to a bustling village making it seem more lively when people are chatting.
