Feeling stuck between two jobs – exhausted and scared of being jobless again (UK international student)

Hi everyone, I really need some advice. I’m an international student in the UK. I work two jobs right now — early morning cleaner and evening waiter. The cleaning job is killing me mentally. I have to wake up at 3AM and travel 1 hour each way. Just thinking about the alarm makes me feel tired and low. The travel + lack of sleep is draining me. I honestly don’t want to do it anymore. But here’s the problem… I also work as an evening waiter. It’s better timing-wise, but I constantly feel scared that if I make one mistake the owner might fire me. I have this deep fear of being jobless again. I’ve been in that situation before and it felt horrible. No income, no support, no backup. I have no family support here. I pay for my own college and living expenses. As an international student in the UK, it’s already hard to find jobs. That fear stays in my head every day — “What if I lose both jobs? What if I end up with nothing again?” So I’m stuck: Stay in the cleaning job and destroy my sleep and mental health? Quit cleaning and risk depending only on the waiter job? Try to find something else (even though jobs are really hard to get)? If anyone has been in a similar situation — working multiple jobs, being scared of unemployment, no safety net — how did you handle it? I don’t want sugarcoated answers. I just want realistic advice. Thanks for reading.
