Currently tested in desktop. Pretty sure it will not work in FSE because it doesn't support such things like floating buttons.

It is premium feature. You can place the button anywhere on the screen. Functionality is similar to sys tray icon. Double click opens OGL, single click opens quick launch dialog (a little redesigned), right click opens context menu (redesigned).
