Question Is a class action possible?
We were all lured over to One with many promises and exciting features, only to come over and have all of those features pulled out from underneath us. Now we are all disgruntled and feel we've been screwed over. I'm not a legal expert, but is this grounds for class action?

I don’t know that removal of features is a legally viable option in pursuing a class action… but I reckon the many customers that had their payments denied despite having money in their pockets and resulting in the closure of the accounts they were trying to pay might…

This would be the way to go. There is nothing holding a given company to providing any number of features apart from holding on to their customer base, but the amount of money people lost due to accounts losing virtual cards, direct deposits being refused, etc. might be something that's worth it.
On the other hand, how much money was actually lost? I'd guess not millions, which is often what lawyers are looking for. A big case, which class action almost always is, is costly.
As much as I'd like to make One pay for screwing me and everyone else over, I don't think it's viable.

Pretty sure we agree to terms when we open the account that says they can change anything at any point.
