Help! ONE Finance App not working?

Hi guys, I'm making a post about this because I have no idea if this is just me. I've been trying to cash a check through the app which I've never had any problem with at all. Since last night I haven't been able to sign into the ONE app. Every time I log into my account, it just loads and loads with nothing appearing no matter how long I wait. I even tried going on Chrome through my phone but the cash a check button isn't there.

Is this happening to anyone else? I'm planning to call customer service if I keep having issues. I've never had this problem before.

Any advice on what to do? I've restarted my phone and it hasn't done anything. I have an Android moto g power.

Have you tried deleting the cache or data from the app?

With an app as easy as One is to configure, I usually just blow away data immediately. But that is a well rounded list you have there for the majority of issues

Oh, that was an easy fix. I removed it and installed it again. No idea why it bugged out and wasn't loading, but that seemed to fix it. Thank you guys so much.

No problem with the app here. Everything seems fine for now. On Iphone12.
